• Advances are non-refundable once the project has started
• Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras.
